Denim and Fabric Scrap Pots

Instructions on how to make the Denim and Fabric Scrap Pots:

Step 1:

Start by painting the pots with some outdoor paint. It’s up to you to choose the type of paint or the color you want. Then, let the paint dry off completely and meanwhile, you can start cutting the fabric straps into 1-inch squares.

Step 2:

I cut two denim strips to fit around the brims then frayed the edges by pulling at threads along the edges.

Step 3:

Now, apply another coat of paint and once the paint is dried off, press the squares of fabric onto the pot. Then I used a decoupage material to cover the top of the cloth remnants.

Step 4:

And, lastly, with the help of glue, stick the denim strips around the brims and let them dry.
